Una mirada a la política de la Unión Europea en materia de reducción de demanda

Abstract

Este documento describe de manera general las políticas conjuntas enmateria de lucha contra drogas ilícitas de la Unión Europea (UE), que danespecial atención a las políticas de reducción de demanda. Esto implica queel abordaje que este documento lleva a cabo no considera en particular lasacciones individuales que los Estados miembros de la UE implementan enmateria de drogas ilícitas. De hecho, a nivel nacional, las políticas de lospaíses que conforman la Comunidad Europea pueden diferir sustancialmente.Por tanto, este trabajo recoge los requerimientos mínimos que de maneraconjunta la UE ha establecido para definir las estrategias nacionales delucha contra las drogas por los países miembros.
