¿Influyó La Ley 100 Sobre El Bienestar De Los Hogares Colombianos?

Abstract

El cambio en el ano 1993 de la legislación nacional que modificaba la forma en la cual se prestaba el servicio de salud de los colombianos ha impactado en muchos aspectos a los hogares. En este estudio se hace una construcción de un indicador de salud para aproximarse a una medida de la producción de salud de los hogares, utilizando variables de acceso al servicio de salud, del stock inicial de salud y de la inversión en salud que realizan. Se encuentra por medio de una regresión lineal y de un modelo no paramétrico que los hogares si han ganado con la incorporación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) comparado con los hogares que no han tenido acceso, mostrando un avance en la calidad de vida de los hogares
