Capital Humano Y Senalización: Evidencia Para El Área Metropolitana De Cali 1988-2000

Abstract

El objetivo de este documento es contraponer dos modelos que se puedan asociar a cada uno de los enfoques teóricos y elegir entre ellos aclarando que en el caso de senalización se toma la versión débil o credencialismo. Para ello en las dos siguientes secciones se revisan los fundamentos de cada una de las teorías. La cuarta sección contiene la propuesta metodológica y las tres siguientes se encargan de la evidencia empírica. Una octava sección se ocupa de los diferenciales por género en tanto que la novena lo hace con las implicaciones de política económica. El trabajo se cierra con las conclusiones y bibliografía, anexo lo complementan.
