Evaluación del desempeno integral del sector transporte

Abstract

Las organizaciones hoy por hoy buscan aplicar un sistema de indicadores que evalúe la gestión y el desempeno del sector transporte en materia económica, social, ambiental e integral, con el fin de garantizar a las partes interesadas una información confiable sobre los resultados de desempeno frente al desarrollo sostenible, que facilite el ingreso a mercados nacionales e internacionales a partir de los resultados de su gestión de forma efectiva y eficaz. Se formula un sistema de evaluación para el sector transporte por medio de la identificación y procesamiento de indicadores que se aplican a dos empresas tipo, con base a los datos suministrados, lo que permitió analizar los resultados de los indicadores y proponer un sistema de información de fácil acceso e interpretación para la toma de decisiones en la organización.
