Abstract

Este trabajo es una propuesta para que las reuniones se conviertan en espacios de intercambio y enriquecimiento de los modelos mentales. El punto de partida es que las reuniones en las organizaciones se pueden utilizar para enriquecer la comprensión de un problema. La cuestión central consiste en el reconocimiento del aspecto emocional de los modelos mentales. Así, lo que se busca es que el proceso de revisión e intercambio de puntos de vista frente a un problema enriquezca las opciones de acción de un decisor. El documento se basa en los trabajos de Peter Senge, Richard Bandler, John Grinder y Humberto Maturana.
