Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es identificar las oportunidades y retos de la inversión privada en los municipios PDET de Colombia. Fue financiado por el Center for International Private Enterprise, CIPE y adelantado por FEDESARROLLO. Este estudio aborda tres temas: emprendimiento, tierras y Pacífico Medio-PDET. El estudio del emprendimiento en los municipios PDET busca identificar lo que determina la inversión privada en ese contexto; la perspectiva de tierras es central en el marco del Acuerdo de paz de 2016, debido a la importancia del objetivo de la Reforma Rural Integral RRI y, por último, la aproximación a las dimensiones de emprendimiento y tierras en una de las subregiones PDET, el Pacífico Medio, permite avanzar en el análisis de las características y recomendaciones específicas de un territorio, en vista de la heterogeneidad de los PDET.
