Abstract

Este documento presenta el concept note para financiadores. Con base en el trabajo realizado en los entregables anteriores sobre el contexto de la financiación climática en Colombia y los cuellos de botella en los sectores AFOLU y eficiencia energética, se recomienda la implementación de las siguientes medidas de financiación en AFOLU: i) relanzar el Instrumento a la Transformación Productiva Sostenible 2.0 (ITPS 2.0), ii) ampliar el alcance geográfico y monto asignado al Instrumento Financiero Verde, iii) adaptar el Incentivo Forestal Amazónico a regiones distintas a la Amazonía, y iv) escalar créditos sostenibles a través de Finagro y Banco Agrario con destinación específica sectorial y regional. Por otro lado, la financiación de la eficiencia energética debe enfrentarse con un enfoque diferencial que incluya el tamaño de las empresas, complementado por análisis de madurez energética, el sector y la localización de las firmas.
