Abstract

Este documento presenta la evaluación institucional y de resultados del Subsistema Nacional de la Calidad, cuyo fin es determinar los avances y retos de la Política Nacional de la Calidad implementada a partir de la expedición del Documento CONPES 3446. El estudio está orientado a analizar los aciertos y desaciertos del Subsistema a partir de la expedición del Conpes para generar recomendaciones de política que permitan su consolidación e internacionalización de cara a los retos que enfrenta el país actualmente.
