Abstract

Este documento analiza las razones por las cuales se requiere de una política de seguridad de suministro en el sector de gas y la forma que podría adoptar dicha política. Consta de cuatro secciones, aparte de esta introducción:- La primera presenta el principal problema del mercado colombiano de gas;- La segunda analiza lo que ocurrirá si el problema no se resuelve;- La tercera explora la razón por la cual el problema no se resuelve de manera espontánea.- La cuarta hace unas recomendaciones de política.
