Planeación en la educación superior: la experiencia de la Universidad EAFIT

Abstract

La Planeación de la educación superior es un proceso importante para el desarrollo de las instituciones de este tipo. En este artículo se presenta la experiencia de la Universidad EAFIT en este aspecto, durante el período comprendido entre 1997 y 2003, a través de la presentación y evaluación del enfoque y esquema de planeación utilizados actualmente,de la revisión de objetivos, las estrategias y los resultados obtenidos, y de la consideración de los principales problemas a enfrentar y principales perspectivas de la universidad en ese sentido.
