Medida de la Disponibilidad de Trámites en Colombia (MDT)

Abstract

En el presente documento se analiza la importancia de la oferta de trámites en los municipios del país, para lo cual se plantea una Medida de Disponibilidad de Trámites (MDT), la cual incluye un componente presencial y uno virtual. Entre los hallazgos se observó que la cercanía a la ciudad de Bogotá favorece positivamente el acceso a la oferta de trámites del Estado; los municipios de Bogotá (98.05), Chía (97.93), Funza (97.41), Mosquera (97.34) y Cajicá (97.12) los que registran mejores resultados en la medición. Sin embargo, 22 de los 33 municipios del país (incluida Bogotá) no superaron el promedio nacional de 8.84. Por último, se estimó que los ciudadanos pueden llegar a incurrir en costos de hasta $626.511, para lograr acceder a trámites que no tienen en sus territorios.
