Modelo de Gravedad para los flujos de comercio internacional de Colombia

Abstract

Los modelos de gravedad son útiles para el estudio de políticas comerciales. El presente artículo pretende actualizar los esfuerzos previos en esta materia en Colombia. Se exploran diferentes bases de datos para el calculo de volumen de comercio y se hacen estimaciones bajo la metodología de Pseudo Verosimilitud de Poisson la cual se ajusta a los datos actuales. Finalmente se presentan recomendaciones para relacionadas con la información para futuras actualizaciones del modelo.
