Análisis de los instrumentos de financiación disponibles para las iniciativas regionales de CTI

Abstract

El Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación dispone de un variado repertorio de instrumentos y mecanismos de financiación e inversión, a los cuales los departamentos pueden acceder para la ejecución de los proyectos e iniciativas de CTI. Algunos de estos, como el Fondo de CTI del Sistema General de Regalías principalmente, fueron establecidos para usufructo directo de las entidades territoriales; y otros son de orden nacional sin una orientación regional explícita, pero benefician a actores que necesariamente están situados en las regiones. En este documento se analiza el funcionamiento de dichos dispositivos en la última década.
