Reflexiones sobre el proceso de paz del Gobierno de Andrés Pastrana y las FARC-Ep. (1998-2002)

Abstract

Las siguientes son algunas reflexiones que surgen después que el gobierno de Andrés Pastrana rompiera el proceso de paz con las Farc-Ep el 20 de febrero de 2002 y las características de las negociaciones desarrolladas desde Belisario Betancur. Esto permite ver que la mecánica de los procesos y la posición de las partes se mantienen en general sin modificaciones o cambios sustantivos, razón que explica en parte la imposibilidad de alcanzar a la fecha la solución del conflicto colombiano a través de la negociación política.
