Abstract

El presente documento tiene como objetivo realizar una evaluación del desempeno de las instituciones aseguradoras (EPS y ARS) en términos de su contribución al logro de uno de los fundamentos de la Ley 100 de 1993, el cual es la equidad en la prestación de servicios de salud del SGSSS. Este aspecto de equidad / inequidad del Sistema será observada desde el punto de vista del acceso y utilización de servicios de salud por parte de la población.
