Monitoreo de la Seguridad Social en Salud en Medellín, 2008-2009

Abstract

En esta Observación se presenta un versión resumida del segundo ejercicio de monitoreo 2008-2009. Específicamente, tres temas estuvieron en el centro del presente trabajo de seguimiento a las políticas de salud en la ciudad de Medellín: 1. Aseguramiento –Cobertura– Acceso a los servicios de salud; 2. Financiamiento público de la salud y 3. El capital social y el sistema local de salud. Cada uno de dichos temas son estudiados a partir de las directrices generales y específicas trazadas en el Plan Local de Salud 2008-2011: “Medellín es salud para la vida”.
