La sub-valuación de las acciones de la bolsa de valores de Colombia

Abstract

En la mayoría de los mercados de valores se encuentran problemas de gobernabilidad y concentración de poder. Colombia pertenece a está mayoría. El problema de pertenecer a esta mayoría es que, según la evidencia empírica internacional, los inversionistas minoritarios sólo quieren pagar una fracción del valor de la acción en lugar del 100%. La eliminación de los problemas de concentración y gobernabilidad redundaría en:1. Mejores precios para las acciones.2. Una inversión más eficiente a nivel nacional.3. Una profundización del sistema financiero que lo haría menos vulnerable a los vaivenes externos.Por consiguiente, se recomiendan medidas encaminadas a resolver los problemas de concentración y gobernabilidad que además conllevan a una situación win-win" en que se benefician los grandes accionistas, los pequenos accionistas, el sistema financiero y el país en general. ¡No hay perdedores!"
