Abstract

Resumen: A nivel mundial, se ha hecho cada vez más necesario la implementación de medidas que atiendan de forma eficiente la gran cantidad de necesidades y problemas que aquejan a la sociedad. Una medida sumamente eficaz para dar solución a los problemas públicos, se encuentra precisamente en las políticas públicas, dado que éstas, independientes de los gobiernos recogen con rigor las necesidades de la comunidad, pues son construidas a partir de ella. En este sentido, la efectividad de las políticas públicas, en la solución de problemas sociales, radica en la calidad de su formulación y gestión.
