La presencia de mujeres en los organos de gobierno: un análisis en las entidades financieras supervisadas por la CNMV

Abstract

: La diversidad en los órganos de gobierno corporativo, especialmente en el sector financiero, es crucial para la estabilidad económica y social. A pesar de los esfuerzo, la representación femenina en liderazgo sigue siendo baja, lo que revela barreras estructurales y culturales persistentes. Este trabajo, enfocado en las entidades financieras supervisadas por la CNMV, especialmente las no cotizadas, analiza la situación actual y los desafíos para lograr una representación equilibrada. Los hallazgos indican una presencia femenina significativamente menor en los consejos de administración comparada con las recomendaciones dle Código de buen gobierno, resaltando la necesidad de intensificar esfuerzos para una inclusión efectiva. Se discuten las causas de esta disparidad y se proponen recomendaciones para fomentar cambios sustanciales en la representación femenina en el sector.
