Abstract

: En este trabajo se analizan las principales características y la situación actual de los mercados privados de capital y crédito y se detallan los aspectos a considerar por parte de los organismos supervisores. Se consideran los principales factores coyunturales y estructurales que han motivado el importante crecimiento de los mercados privados en los últimos años y que les ha permitido financiar cada vez operaciones de volumen más elevado y afrontar etapas más avanzadas del desarrollo de las empresas. Se realiza rmabién un breve análisis del capital privado en España, que se pone en relación con el resto de paises europeos, constatandose que tanto los niveles de inversión en relación con el PIB como su tipología y destino son muy similares al resto de esos paises.
