Abstract

Les limites de l’analyse du développement résultent de ce qu’elles ont été et sont toujours conduites par des théories mécanicistes du développement qui ‘refusent’ de définir l’humain en tant qu’acteur central du développement. L’opportunité de l’approche praxéologique du développement réside d’une part dans son approche méthodologique (et épistémologique) ; de par sa définition même – science de l’agir de l’humain – elle s’intéresse effectivement à l’humain. C’est un humain qui au lieu d’être factice comme le considèrent les théories scientistes, est réel. Cet un humain agit parce qu’il a une gêne qu’il voudrait éliminer, il a l’image d’un état jugé plus satisfaisant et adopte une conduite qu’il considère comme adaptée en vue d’écarter ou de réduire cette gêne. Et c’est un humain qui est en relation avec d’autres humains dans la société qu’ils constituent. D’autre part l’opportunité de l’approche praxéologique du développement repose sur son application logique par le biais du libéralisme en tant que système posant les jalons du développement.
