La generación de ingresos comerciales en los aeropuertos españoles

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende analizar la importancia del tráfico internacional y el nivel de servicio establecido en la generación de ingresos comerciales en los aeropuertos españoles. En primer lugar, mediante un modelo ad hoc de ingresos, se valora la influencia de las diferentes clases de tráfico en la generación de ingresos de la red de aeropuertos españoles. Se estima, asimismo, la importancia de disponer de tiendas libres de impuestos en la capacidad de generar ingresos comerciales. Seguidamente, mediante un ejercicio de colas, se determina la conveniencia de establecer un nivel de servicio adecuado que permita potenciar la utilización y el desarrollo de las áreas comerciales de los aeropuertos.
