Divari di produttività del lavoro nell'economia italiana: 1951-97

Abstract

Questa nota si propone l'obiettivo di analizzare se, e in clic misura, la produttività del lavoro nell'economia italiana degli ultimi cinquantanni sia cresciuta lungo un sentiero convergente. La struttura dell'economia italiana presa in considerazione si compone di 21 attività, il cui livello di efficienza e misurato dal rapporto tra valore aggiunto al costo dei fattori a prezzi '90 e occupati espressi in unità di lavoro anno. Lo studio vuole approfondire l'ipotesi che la diversa produttività del lavoro tra le varie branche dell'economia sia una caratteristica permanente e non una situazione transitoria destinata ad annullarsi con il passaggio del tempo.
