Maîtriser la révolution des Communs dans les rapports fonciers : l’expérience des Comores

Abstract

L’archipel des Comores qui accède à l’indépendance en 1975 dans des conditions difficiles a ensuite trouvé des réponses contribuant à la paix civile en généralisant des expériences locales de gestion patrimoniale qui ont pu faire l’économie de réformes politiquement et socialement incertaines. Cette gestion patrimoniale renoue avec les expériences de Communs qui caractérisaient les sociétés pré-modernes. Pour mesurer leur impact dans ce début de XXIème siècle immergé dans le capitalisme, il convient de s‘affranchir de l’addiction à la propriété privée et d‘identifier les paramètres typiques du « faire commun » comme on dit « faire société ».
