Servicios de suministro de agua y energía y de tratamiento de residuos. Desarrollo de los comunes urbanos en el Sur Global mediante la coproducción de servicios

Abstract

El suministro y el acceso sostenibles relativos a los servicios de suministro de agua y energía y de tratamiento de residuos en áreas urbanas son hoy objeto de estudio en términos de coproducción de servicios y como comunes urbanos. El objetivo de este artículo consiste en vincular el debate de estas dos corrientes de la literatura analizando el modo en el que la coproducción de servicios urbanos de suministro de agua y energía y de tratamiento de residuos en el Sur Global permite desarrollar el debate acerca de los comunes urbanos. Se hace hincapié en las características de espacialidad y gobernanza vinculadas al policentrismo, un concepto clave tanto para la coproducción como para los bienes de dominio público.
