Risk Transferring - Developerís Practice In Poland

Abstract

There is no real chance to eliminate the negative impact of risk onto the investment process. So that investors can only implement some steps to mitigate the adverse consequences of the risk. One of them is to transfer the risk on the other participants of the investment process. In Poland, this practice is applied particularly by the residential developers. The aim of this article is to present the methods used by Polish developers in this field.
