Abstract

We are defending here that the intervencionist critical of neoliberalism needs a re-exame about the old and the new relations between State and Market. New forms of regulation and other kinds of imbrication State/Market have been born everywhere in the world. But the teory can not analise these new situations because the idealism present on the roots of the intervencionist thought. In this paper, we will argue that is necessary to development a materialist view of state (in the line of Poulantzas, Therét and Clauss Offe). In this point of view, the privite property and the work alienation are in the bases of the state, in his function of institucion and organization as well. For us, desmistyfying the state is condiction for desmystifyind the market.
