Abstract

Esta publicacíón se refiere a un aspect critico de las actividades de las cooperativas—la administración de las cooperativas. Debido a que el personal administrativo se encuentra siempre muy ocupado en el ejercicio de sus funciones, el material de esta obra se presenta en la forma más breve y concisa posible. El objetivo de esta publicación es mostrar la forma en que se aplican los principios administrativos a las cooperativas locales y la manera en que pueden utilizarse dichos principios para alcanzar el exito en la administración de las cooperativas. Se refiere a aquellas cuestiones generales y funciones administrativas, comunes a las cooperativas de articulos de primera necesidad y de servicio de todos tipos.
