MERCADO DE TRABALHO AGRÍCOLA: Os Diferentes Enfoques Interpretativos-As Migracoes Campo-Cidade

Abstract

Neste trabalho, resultado de uma pesquisa no Norte de Minas Gerais que teve como um dos objetivos estudar o perfil do migrante rural em Montes Claros(cidade pólo da região norte mineira) e suas expectativas em relação ao mercado de trabalho formal, propomos uma reflexão histórica da dinâmica migratória brasileira e apresentamos as discussões sobre o rural e o urbano, conseqüência da modernização agrícola que redefine os espaços da cidade e do campo, entendidos como espaços subordinados pelas relações de capital. Analisamos ainda as transformações na agricultura que contribuem para modificar as relações de trabalho e os CAIs - Complexos Agroindustriais que concorrem para modificar as relações de produção e a expulsão do homem do campo.
