Abstract

Este artigo realiza uma abordagem referente às Câmaras Setoriais do agronegócio brasileiro, utilizando os conceitos da Nova Economia Institucional. O que se pretende mostrar é que essas câmaras consistem em organizações que agem de forma preponderante, em sinergia com o Estado, na busca por um ambiente institucional favorável à atuação de seus representados, não objetivando somente a perseguição da eficiência das relações econômicas, mas também a legitimidade das políticas públicas
