A Magyar Baromfi Ágazat Aktuális Problémái

Abstract

A Debreceni Egyetem Agrártudományi Centrum Agrárgazdasági és Vidékfejlesztési Kar által 2007-ben szervezett „Ágazatspecifikus innováción alapuló projektek generálása a baromfi ágazatban” című szakmai tanácskozás keretében a baromfi ágazat aktuális kérdéseit tekintettük át aktívan bevonva a teljes vertikum szereplőit. Jelen tanulmány célkitűzése a magyar baromfi ágazat problémáinak feltárása, összegyűjtése és rendszerezése, illetve ez alapján az ágazat fejlesztésére vonatkozó célstruktúra összeállítása, mely megfelelő kiindulási alapot biztosíthat az ágazati stratégia kidolgozásának, ezen túlmenően ágazatspecifikus innovációs ötletek megfogalmazásának. Az ágazati megközelítésben készült helyzetfelmérés alapján összeállítottuk a baromfi ipar problémafáját, mely strukturáltan szemlélteti a problémás területeket és az azok között fennálló ok-okozati kapcsolatokat. Kijelenthetjük, hogy a magyar baromfi ágazat központi problémája a nemzetközi versenyképesség romlása. A jelenlegi helyzet kialakulásának oka egyrészt a hazai és nemzetközi piaci kiszolgáltatottság növekedése, másrészt az ágazatban tapasztalható objektív versenyhátrányok megléte. A problémák megoldására összeállítottuk az ágazat célstruktúráját is, mely az egyes területek elemzése alapján megfogalmazott elérni kívánt helyzetet vázolja fel.
