Logística Interna De Frutas, Legumes E Verduras (Flv) Em Supermercados: Um Estudo Multicasos Em Campo Grande/Ms

A presente pesquisa tem como objeto de investigação o sistema de logística interna de FLV em supermercados. Estabeleceu-se como objetivo geral caracterizar as operações logísticas internas de FLV utilizadas pelos supermercados. Especificamente: a) identificar as atividades e fluxos da logística interna nas organizações supermercadistas; b) apresentar as diferenças básicas entre os modelos de gestão interna de logística em supermercados de pequeno, médio e grande porte; c) identificar as políticas de compra, armazenamento e distribuição que podem ser adotados pelos supermercados com relação à gestão de FLV. O estudo desta temática justifica-se pela necessidade de se conhecer as melhores práticas de gerenciamento logístico interno. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se em pesquisa exploratória. Em primeiro momento, a pesquisa foi constituída de levantamentos bibliográficos e documentais. Posteriormente, foi realizado um estudo multicasos em três lojas de diferentes tamanhos. Os dados empíricos foram obtidos mediante pesquisa qualitativa, foram feitas observações não disfarçadas e entrevistas em profundidade com os funcionários responsáveis pela seção de FLV dos supermercados estudados. A análise dos dados permitiu-nos identificar que as variáveis de gestão logística de FLV são diretamente relacionadas à estratégia, e não ao porte da loja.---------------------------------------------The investigation object of this article is the intern logistic system of FLV at supermarkets. The general objective is to characterize the intern logistic operations used at supermarkets. The specifies objectives are: a) to identify the activities and flows of the intern logistic in the supermarketing organizations; b)to present the basics differences among the intern logistic management at a small, middle and big supermarket; c)to identify the purchases, storage e distribution politics that can be adopted by supermarkets in relation to FLV management. The study of this thematic is justified because (of) the necessity of to know the best ways of intern management logistic. The methodology was based in exploratory research. In the first moment were made bibliographies and documentaries researches. After that, was made a multicase study at three supermarkets with different sizes. The empiric dates were got through qualitative research, not disguise observations and interview with the employees responsible for FLV section of the studied supermarkets. The dates analyze allowed us to identify that the intern logistic management are directly related to the strategy, and not to the size of the supermarket.
