Abstract
Qualquer pessoa física ou jurídica, antes de fazer um investimento produtivo, precisa empregar técnicas de análise econômico-financeira, que o auxiliem a decidir onde empregar seus recursos financeiros, de forma a verificar a viabilidade de cada alternativa de investimento. Neste sentido, torna-se necessário a montagem do Orçamento de Capital, que representa um resumo dos gastos e benefícios gerados por uma alternativa de investimento. Sua análise pressupõe o uso de uma série de técnicas econômico-financeiras para que se julgue a viabilidade dos projetos de investimento que um investidor teria disponível para escolha. Um dos modelos de análise econômico-financeira mais importantes e mais utilizados para avaliar ações de investimento, em termos financeiros, é o Modelo de Desconto de Fluxo de Caixa (DFC), que representa a análise, a valor presente, dos fluxos de caixa futuros líquidos gerados. Neste modelo, várias técnicas, que consideram explicitamente o valor do dinheiro no tempo, podem ser utilizadas, tais como: o Valor Presente Líquido (VPL), que mede a riqueza gerada por um determinado ativo a valores atuais; e a Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR), que representa a rentabilidade do projeto. Neste sentido, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade econômico-financeira de um projeto de extração de látex, que considera sete clones diferentes e em cada um destes nove sistemas de explotação de seringueiras diferentes, utilizando para tanto uma análise dos fluxos de caixa dos mesmos (entradas e saídas de caixa), através da aplicação das técnicas do VPL e da TIR. Os resultados mostram que o clone PR 255 com o sistema de explotação de sangria em meia espiral, realizada em intervalos de três dias, estimulado com ethephon a 2,5% (ET 2,5%), foi o de melhor desempenho agroeconômico.-----------------------------------------------Any person or company, before making a productive investment, need to use economical and financial analysis techniques, which help to decide where invest its financial resources, in a way to check the viability of each investment alternative. In this sense, it’s required the assembly of the Capital Budget, which represents a sum of the expenses and benefits created by an investment alternative. Its analysis presuppose the usage of a row of economical and financial techniques to analyze the investment project’s viability that an investor should have available to choose. One of the economical and financial models more important and more used to evaluate the investment actions, in financial aspects, is the Cash Flow Discount Model (CFD), which represents the analysis, to present value, of the net cash flows created. On this model, many techniques, which consider explicitly the money value in time, can be used, such as: the Net Presence Value (NPV), which measure the wealth created by a determined asset to currently value; and the Internal Return of Rate (IRR), which represents the project’s profitability. In this sense, this work has the objective to analyze the economical and financial viability of a latex extraction project, which considers seven different clones and in these ones nine rubber trees different exploitation systems, using for both an analysis of the cash flows (inputs and outputs of cash), through the application of the NPV and IRR techniques. The results show that the clone PR 255 with the exploitation system of bleeding in half spiral, done in intervals of three days, stimulated with ethephon round 2,5% (ET 2,5%), were the one with best agronomical and economical performance.
