Fatores Determinantes Da Oferta Turística Do Município De Ilhéus (Bahia), Na Alta Estação Do Ano De 2006

Este artigo tem por objetivo estimar os fatores determinantes da oferta turística do município de Ilhéus, na alta estação do ano de 2006. Fundamentado no conceito de que a oferta turística é subdividida em três categorias, atrativos, equipamentos e serviços e infra-estrutura, procurou-se avaliar estes componentes solicitando aos turistas, presentes nas principais praias, notas que representassem seu nível de satisfação. Os dados foram analisados através da estatística descritiva e por meio da análise fatorial. Os resultados indicam que os atrativos naturais e a hospitalidade agradaram, registrando as maiores notas médias. Por outro lado, as manifestações populares, os serviços de receptivo e as diversões noturnas destacam-se como os mais criticados. Oito fatores foram extraídos, responsáveis por, aproximadamente, 60% da variância total dos dados. Estes fatores corroboram os entraves e as potencialidades do destino. Espera-se, com os resultados apresentados, auxiliar o planejamento da atividade de forma que as decisões de investimento sejam acertadas e venham promover consolidação do setor e o desenvolvimento sustentável do município.-----------------------------------------------This article has the objective of to esteem the determinative factors of offers tourist of the city of Ilhéus, in the high station of the year of 2006. Based on the concept of that the tourist offer is subdivided in three categories, attractive, equipment and services and infrastructure, these components were evaluated requesting to the tourists, standing on the main beaches, notes that represented their level of satisfaction. The data had been analyzed through the descriptive statistics and by means of the factorial analysis. The results indicate that natural attractive and the hospitality had pleased, registering biggest average notes. On the other hand, the popular manifestations, the receptive services and the nocturnal diversion are distinguished as the most criticized. Eight factors had been extracted, responsible for, approximately, 60% of the total variance of the data. These factors corroborate the impediments and the potentialities of the destination. Is is expected, with the presented results, to assist the planning of the activity of form that the investment decisions are made right and promote consolidation of the sector and the sustainable development of the city.
