Abstract
---------------------------------This article demonstrates concepts and models related to clients’ measurement of their satisfaction, focusing on the satisfaction of the settled agriculturists from Itamarati I, related to the Pronaf (Program of reinforcement of familiar agriculture) acquired in the Bank of Brazil from Ponta Porã-MS.
