Abstract

El objetivo principal de este módulo es el de propiciar un ámbito para la discusión y la reflexión en torno al funcionamiento mercado de haciendas en el Uruguay. Se discuten los aspectos que afectan la demanda y la oferta de ganado, así como los factores que causan las variaciones de corto plazo en los precios, a través de la evidencia recogida por la investigación en los últimos años.
