Aktuelle Ausprägungen Des Strukturwandels In Der Agrar- Und Ernährungswirtschaft Im Regionalen Vergleich – Ausgewählte Ergebnisse Der Sozioökonomischen Analyse Für Den Eler-Fonds

Abstract

Die vorgestellte Untersuchung, die auf der aktuellen Sozioökonomischen Analyse für den ELER-Förderfonds der EU basiert, umfasst eine regional vergleichende Analyse des Strukturwandels in der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft. Dieser hat sich im vergangenen Jahrzehnt in Deutschland wie auch in der EU insbesondere über eine weitere Abnahme der Zahl der landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe und eine Zunahme der durchschnittlichen Betriebsgrößen vollzogen. In der Ernährungswirtschaft erfolgte ebenfalls ein Wachstum der Betriebe, so etwa hinsichtlich der durchschnittlichen Jahresumsätze. Aus den Untersuchungsergebnissen zum Strukturwandel sollen im Rahmen des vorgestellten Posterbeitrags auch Überlegungen zur Marktmacht in der Agrarwirtschaft und in der Ernährungswirtschaft hergeleitet werden.
