Erfolgsfaktoren von Nachhaltigkeitspreisen für die Ernährungswirtschaft

Abstract

Der Markt der Nachhaltigkeits­preise befindet sich in einer Phase exponentiellen Wachstums. Vor allem in den letzten fünf Jahren wurden immer mehr Wettbewerbe und neue Preis­kategorien bestehender Wettbewerbe eingerichtet. Im Jahr 1993 begann die Ära der Nachhaltigkeitspreise mit zwei Pionieren, die vier Preiskategorien auslobten. Zwanzig Jahre später können sich Unternehmen der Ernährungswirtschaft an 24 Wettbewerben in 82 Kategorien beteiligen. Die Vergabe­institutionen müssen sich diesen wettbewerblichen und gesellschaftsorientierten Heraus­for­derungen stellen, wollen sie mit Erfolg am Markt bestehen. Deren Sicht soll in diesem Poster­beitrag vorgestellt werden.
