Abstract

Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, welche Rolle agrarwissenschaftliche Expertise im politischen Prozess auf der Bundesebene in Deutschland spielt und vor allem wie diese Expertise von Seiten der Politik aufgegriffen wird. Anhand des Modells des Politik-Zyklus werden die verschiedenen Phasen der Entscheidungsfindung dahingehend untersucht, mit welcher Art von Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik sie verbunden sind, in welchen institutionellen Strukturen diese stattfindet, welche Bedingungen durch diese Strukturen geschaffen werden und welche Rolle damit der Wissenschaft im politischen Geschehen dadurch zukommt. Diese Betrachtungsweise ermöglicht ein besseres Verständnis der gegenseitigen Erwartungen und Problemwahrnehmungen in den Prozessen der agrarwissenschaftlichen Politikberatung.
