Abstract

Dieser Beitrag vergleicht verschiedene aktuelle Studien zur Bewertung der direkten ökonomischen Wirkungen von Flurbereinigungsverfahren für die Landbewirtschaftung. Alle Studien basieren auf Modellrechnungen und sind als "Vorher-Nachher"-Vergleich angelegt. Methodisch unterscheiden sich die untersuchten Studien vor allem hinsichtlich des Abstraktionsgrades bei der Abbildung der Feldstruktur und der Produktionstechnik. Auch in Bezug auf die erzielten Ergebnisse sind deutliche Unterschiede festzustellen. Entscheidender Faktor hierfür ist neben einigen methodischen Einflüssen die Struktur der landwirtschaftlich genutzten Fläche in den betrachteten Flurneuordnungsgebieten. Eine Flurneuordnung ist aus landwirtschaftlicher Sicht besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Flächennutzung vor Verfahrensbeginn sehr kleinstrukturiert war und durch die Flurneuordnung maßgeblich verbessert werden konnte.
