L’approche Syal comme démarche pour le développement territorial de l’Amazonie brésilienne et la Pampa argentine

Abstract

Notre communication s’intéresse à de grands espaces agricoles , la PAMPA argentine et l’AMAZONIE brésilienne, qui se caractérisent par la présence de multiples acteurs, agricultures familiales, agroindustriels qui juxtaposent ou associent des modèles différents de développement dans le territoire. Nous proposons ici de discuter à partir d’une revue des travaux sur les SYAL dans quelle mesure cette approche peut être considérée comme clé de lecture pour ces dynamiques spatiales de grande échelle. Quels sont ses atouts et ses limites? Comment penser les processus de spécification des ressources territoriales, de coordination entre acteurs privés et acteurs publiques dans ces régions au profil si particulier.
