Educacjon Cooperativa En Agricultura: Es La Bon Con El Mundo Real

Abstract

Las instituciones educativas se cnfrentan al rcto de preparer estudiantes para un mercado de empleo cada vez mâs compctitivo en una economia globalizada. Los estudiantes de ciencias agricolas necesitan ser pro-activos para atender los problemas que les presenta el mundo real. En esta sesiôn se describirâ como el Colegio de Ciencias Agricolas del Recinto Universitario de Mayagiiez de la Universidad de Puerto Rico intenta lograr los objetivos. El programa cooperativo de education, a través del aprendizaje en el empleo en agencias publicas y agroempresas, de reciente implantation en la Facultad de Agricultura, esta disponible a los estudiantes de todos los departamentos y programas académicos. Se discutirân los beneficios que recibe el estudiante, la institution educativa, incluyendo los docentes, y la organizaciôn cooperadora. Se darâ una description general del programa, incluyendo los requisîtos de admisiôn, el proceso de selection de empleo internado, condiciones de empleo, funciôn del supervisor, responsabilidades del estudiante y el proceso de visitas y evaluation.
