La Pourriture Fusarienne Du Collet Et Des Racines De L'Aubergine En Guadeloupe Et Martinique

Abstract

Une pourriture du collet et des racines de l'Aubergine en Guadeloupe et Martinique est décrite. Sur les plantes malades, deux types d'isolats de Fusarium solani -agent causal de la maladie- ont été mis en évidence. Les isolais du premier type produisent, outre les microconidies, macroconidies et chlamydospores, des péritheces sur 1 'hüte et en culture, et sont homothalliques. Leur pouvoir pathogene sur Aubergine est supérieur a celui des isolats du 2e type qui ne produisent pas de péritheces dans les meines conditions. L'inoculation de différentes espèces maraîchères avec des isolats de F, solani issus d'Aubergine montrent que seuls le Poivron et, a un degré beaucoup moindre, la Tomate ont été affectés par le champignon.
