Abstract

El présente trabajo se realizo durante los anos 1978 y 1979 en el Campo Expe rimental de Ciudad Bolivia bajo condiciones de secano. En este se asocio aj_ godon - caraota (Phaseolus vulgaris, L.) y frijol (Vigna sinensis, L.) con el objeto de dar un uso mas eficiente a la tierra que se cultiva. Los ensayos constan de 15 tratamientos entre los cuales se citan los siguie£ tes: 1) Algodon (solamente) 2) Caraota (solamente) 3) Frijol (solamente) 4) Asociacion.2 : (2): 4 5) Asociacion.2 : (1): 2 6) Asociacion.3 : (1): 2 7) Asociacion.3 : (2): 4 8) Asociacion,4 : (2): 4 9) Asociacion.4 : (1): 2 10) Asociacidn 2 : ( D : 2 11) Asociacion.2 : (2): 4 12) Asociacion.3 : (1): 2 13) Asociacion.3 : (2): 4 14) Asociacion.4 : (1): 2 15) Asociacion.4 : (2): 4 En esta investigacion.se encontro que los cultivares de algoddn y leguminosas responden en sus rendimientos por hectârea cuando se les siembra indepeji dientemente. Por ejemplo con el algoddn y el frijol sembrados solos se 11egd a obtener ganancias netas de 6.818 y 4.055 Bs/Ha., respectivamente, no asi con el sistema asociado.
