Analyse des Determinants des Exportations Beninoises de Noix D'Anacarde

Abstract

La dépendance du Bénin d’une seule culture d’exportation a jusqu’ici fragilisé son économie. La filière cajou apparaît comme l’une des plus intéressantes à développer suite à la crise cotonnière. Cet article examine les facteurs qui expliquent les exportations des noix d'anacarde au Bénin et leurs effets. Pour ce faire, la méthode d’estimation des Modèles à Correction d’Erreur (ECM) est utilisée. Les résultats révèlent que l’augmentation de la production et la pratique d’un prix relativement bas permettra au Bénin d’acroitre significativement le niveau actuel de ses exportations de noix cajou à court et à long terme.
