Abstract

Le contexte geopolitique du pays se caracterise par des disparites regionales en matiere deducation et de sante. Ces disparites contribuent aux inegalites et a la pauvrete, les taux les plus eleves etant observes dans les zones rurales et du nord. Combler le fosse dans lacces a une education et a des soins de sante de qualite peut accroitre le bien-etre economique des menages pauvres et contribuer a la realisation des objectifs de developpement durable (ODD) 1, 3 et 4 pour lensemble du pays.
