Abstract

This policy brief discusses the gendered differences in household cooking coping strategies for the Russia-Ukraine War in Kenya. The study presents policy priorities such as empowering women to adopt clean energy by providing low-interest financing and increasing rural access to clean cooking technologies through result-based financing.
