Abstract

Le developpement du capital humain a sensiblement augmente le PIB reel et la production des secteurs non agricoles. Les performances en matiere dexportation, dinvestissement fixe, dimportation et dimpot indirect net se sont ameliorees a la suite dun developpement accru du capital humain. Laccumulation de capital humain est fondamentale pour stimuler leconomie
