Revoir le Financement de Leducation de Base au Keny

Abstract

Le programme gratuit deducation primaire a eu des effets positifs sur le developpement du capital humain. Cest pourquoi cette politique merite detre soutenue. Il est necessaire daccelerer le financement de leducation au Kenya et de reduire la charge supportee par les menages. Un dialogue plus approfondi est necessaire avec les parties prenantes pour depolitiser le soutien a leducation avant sa mise en uvre. Il est important que le financement de leducation introduise des dimensions regionales et de genre afin de garantir que ceux qui sont susceptibles detre a la traine en matiere dinscription, dachevement et de transition beneficient dune attention particuliere. Il est necessaire de lier les systemes de soutien scolaire au soutien des moyens de subsistance des menages afin que les enfants nabandonnent pas lecole en raison de la faim et des aspects connexes vecus a la maison.
