Abstract

La technologie blockchain offre la possibilite de transformer l'activite economique et d'ameliorer le niveau de vie en Afrique en surmontant les problemes d'asymetrie de l'information, les droits de propriete et les obstacles a la gouvernance. Les innovations blockchain ont la capacite de stimuler les niveaux de productivite et de debloquer les flux de capitaux vers des secteurs mal desservis, en plus de tirer parti des rendements croissants de l'information en tant qu'intrant de la production pour stimuler la croissance economique.
